1. I had this beautiful room to myself (unfortunately my husband could not join me) but I was enjoying the room completely.

7. unfortunately they could not tell me anything about the buses, which appeared to the better way to get around - given that they went more places that the Metro and stopped closer to the hotel.

8. unfortunately my shower wasn't working the first night and the hotel was booked (cold water only) so it didn't get fixed until the next day but they offered me another room the next morning or fix the shower in my room.

9. The Hotel Rouge has an evening wine reception, which we unfortunately missed, and a pizza and bloody mary late morning snack (at least on Saturdays).
