1. I had requested my room be adjoining my friends room (she brought her twin 10 year olds with her on this trip) and was told the only way to do this was to get a more expensive king bed room for myself.

3. The hotel is in downtown and is AMAZING under every point of view:Staff is very very very attentive, and also gave us tips to park our car in the neighborood (this is the only real problem in DC: car parking are expensive); anyway they offer a complimentary car parking service.

8. How does it compare in Washington DC:- It is slightly more expensive than some others in the area, but very worth it- I have stayed at many 4* & 5* hotels around DC's Dupont Circle / Embassy Row - all of which have been good.
