1. Yes, they were young, but I'm not sure why this was an issue for a previous reviewer.

2. They asked if we had said anything about these problems during our stay and I told them yes and that I was mostly hoping the next folks to stay in our rooms would not have these same issues.

3. The hotel is out of the way of most sites and not really near metro stations but we had a car so it wasn't an issue.

8. We had some issues with reservations, but we were reserving a block of rooms for weddings and they got confused in the cross between online reservations and the front desk.

10. Not an issue if you are visiting locally or taking taxis often, but for little kids walk a touch far unless using a stroller.
