1. We came with our bikes and throughout our entire stay, keeping our bikes in the parking lot was never a problem.

3. They asked if we had said anything about these problems during our stay and I told them yes and that I was mostly hoping the next folks to stay in our rooms would not have these same issues.

7. Noise was not a problem but we were at the back of the hotel, it may be different overlooking the front however.

8. The hotel is in downtown and is AMAZING under every point of view:Staff is very very very attentive, and also gave us tips to park our car in the neighborood (this is the only real problem in DC: car parking are expensive); anyway they offer a complimentary car parking service.
