1. My only complaint was the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

4. The lighting in the room at night is low - not because of a lack of lamps, but they have dark red shades that don't let the light through.

5. Hotel services were sometimes a little lacking - Maid service had not cleaned our room from a previous guest when we checked in and it was a mess but I will accept the excuse that they did allow us to check in earlier than the published check in time.

6. I suppose it's better than having nothing, but we never ordered room service or ate in the restaurant due to the lack of choice.

8. My only negatives are that our entry cards had to be reset everytime we came back to the hotel (a glitch they assured was rare, but this happened to both our rooms), and a lack of stations on the television (someone in our group was unable to see many of the sites and stayed at the hotel a lot), no real restaurant.

9. One complaint would be the lack of TV stations in this particular property, there seem to have been more in the other Kimpton's I have stayed in.
