1. Anyway - they brought us luke warm coffee (which was terrible) and no sugar? We had to call down for sugar and wait another 20 minutes to drink the now cold coffee while we got ready in the morning.

2. The only reason I gave it a 'poor' rating instead of a 'terrible' is that the staff was friendly and the bar looked nice (when it was actually open, which was rarely).
