1. I was really excited and was planning on coming back with my boyfriend but I think we will try somewhere else next time, not even because of the inconveniences, but because of the indifference of the staff to make up for them.

2. No one apologized for this and when we did late check out the next day the guy at the front, I think his name was Jerry, acted as if we were doing him a huge inconvenience despite the fact that we received nothing for our negative experience the night before.

3. I returned to the Rouge the second night of my trip where the manager sent up a bottle of wine and some fruit with a note apologizing for the inconvenience.
