5. Room furniture is rather grubby, bedroom and bathroom are worse, the bathroom is really just a shower over a small tub and really should not be called a bathroom but rather a shower.

10. Bathroom is small as others have written (the only space not occupied by tub and toilet, is a 3x3 foot space in front of the toilet, which also coincides with the arc of the in-swinging door) but functional.
