1. The towels were on the cheaper side and most higher-end hotels have something more akin to a central air system instead of a unit mounted on an exterior wall.

3. They provided plenty of towels in the bathroom, Starbucks Coffee and hot tea for the coffee machine in the room, a flat screen TV, lots of fluffy/feathery pillows, and your standard pen and paper.

5. Attention to detail was poor- dead flowers in a vase on a table in the hall outside our room, no hairdryer in the room, no safety tub mat in the shower, no towel racks in the bathroom, etc. There was a storm the night we stayed there and the noise level in the room was truly incredible.

10. The bathroom was updated but small and the shower curtain wouldn`t close completely so after a shower there was a lot of water standing on the floor that I had to mop up with a towel.
