3. Calling the main reservations switch for Starwood hotels didn't really help us figure out whether this Sheraton (there are actually two in Tucson) was the one most closely situated to downtown.

4. After a few exhausting afternoons researching hotels prior to booking here, we were still pretty much at a loss to find a hotel which was nicer than a basic 3-star, no-frills situation and still centrally located to the downtown area.
