7. Breakfast is not included - and not needed as there is an IHOP within 50 yards of the reception - providing better breakfast at a much cheaper rate than that offered by the hotel.

9. Really for $85 what can you expect, more I think and dont get suckered into paying addl room guest charge of $13, they dont know how many you sleep in the room, so pay the basic rate.
