1. We got a 4th floor room that seemed to be a mini-suite with living room separate from the bedroom and a fridge (which would not stay closed - only complaint) and a mini balcony with a great view of the mountains.

7. There were mountains of pigeon poop on our balcony and despite repeated attempts to get it removed we had to try to ignore the unsightly and unsanitary conditions.

9. There`s a little balcony off the bedroom, and a very nice view of the mountains from here on the back side of the building, which I imagine to be the preferable side as it faces away from Grant Road and towards the Catalinas.
