1. Now for the cons - I requested an upgrade, which was denied, the room was very small for a suite, it was near impossible to move comfortably in the bathroom.

2. They provided plenty of towels in the bathroom, Starbucks Coffee and hot tea for the coffee machine in the room, a flat screen TV, lots of fluffy/feathery pillows, and your standard pen and paper.
