1. The decor of the lobby is very grand but if you look around you notice how messy the areas behind the counter are, even though they are easily within public view.

2. The room was fine and the room rate was attractive, but the next morning at 7am I discovered that the in-hotel restaurant is not open for breakfast on weekdays - unforgivable in my view.
