1. 'Can I help you with something?' Their so-called shuttle service is actually only a cab company that charges more than calling your own cab.

2. Not only did the hotel not uphold its description on their site such as being a three star hotel, having parking available (lot is always full and is $15 if you find a spot), two queen beds available, shuttle to airport available, etc..
