6. Unless you enjoy sleeping with one eye open, in your clothes and trying not to think about the scum that may be in your bed and pillow, I would suggest skipping this property.

8. When we came back that evening, we noticed that the garbage was not emptied; bathtub not even cleaned; room was not vacuumed (there was chapstick from the previous party lying on the floor beside the bed); nor was the toilet paper roll replaced.
