1. while there is no room service available as yet, since the restaurant is being remodeled, the staff is friendly and accommodating, the hotel is old-fashioned classy, clean, and very reasonable.

7. Staff was useless - completely helpless, drinking alcohol openly at the front desk, ironically blowing their nose while `serving` customers, the list goes on --- not to mention the housecleaning staff who apparently thought snot and opened mouthwash was more than acceptable.
