1. Also, the owner`s of the Hotel will need to spend a significant sum of money to perform, deferred maintenance, clean and repair the hotel`s signage, and at a minimum repaint and spruce up the rooms.

2. Not to mention I was afraid to walk out of the hotel alone in the evening, since I was approached by the many drunks and homeless people loitering on the sidewalk for things like money, or to even use my cell phone.

7. The noisy air cooling/heating system on the wall kept us awake the first night as did the rowdy guests accross from us (partying /slamming doors until 3:45 am)Transient people begging for money everywhere in the general vicinity.
