1. When I had called the front desk to ask for some shampoo, a housekeeping attendant came within 20 minutes and brought only one bottle of shampoo.

About 10 minutes later, another housekeeping attendant reaffirmed that the shampoo given to me were the very last two from their 'emergency' stock and that the Sea Kelp Mineral Bath Gel was 'all-purpose' and could be used as shampoo (how cheap and ridiculous!) That night, I couldn`t sleep because the air conditioner was so loud and the bed was uncomfortable and squeaky.
