4. When I questioned her more about it, she FINALLY looked at my room reservation and saw a note that the manager had checked me out of my room by mistake and then checked me back in.

7. After finally meeting the manager, she seemed very surprised to hear of my complaints (though she acknowledged the lack of basic service and toilettries) and offered my party a bottle of wine to compensate for the lack of service; she said she would have the bottle in our room.

9. So after being placed on hold for about 45 minutes or so, I finally got through to a nice rep over the phone who immediately addressed the issue with the hotel manager (who claimed she was not aware of any of the complaints).
