1. Before being sold to the West Coast Hotels chain this hotel came with valet parking included, a nice breakfast layout, quality bath products, and rooms with adjoining doors between rooms for multiroom groups.

7. The room was fine and the room rate was attractive, but the next morning at 7am I discovered that the in-hotel restaurant is not open for breakfast on weekdays - unforgivable in my view.

8. However, those issues should not have arisen in the first place, and unless the hotel gets the elevators and ice machines fixed, and starts offering a continental breakfast on the mezzanine level from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., it will continue to get very negative reviews.
