4. Only gripe is lack of free wifi, Why do many of the larger hotel groups insist on charging for wifi, in some cases as much as 13 dollars plus tax for 24 hours.

5. After tacking on all the fees (admin, tourism, parking, wifi, etc.) you are paying close to $400/night, better off staying at the Four Seasons or a nearby B&B for half the price and better service.

7. I'm writing this just to say that the Internet problem quoted in a precedent review must have been fixed because we used the wifi connection and it worked perfectly.

8. Firstly the grounds, pool area, bars and location are really good however the rooms are poor for the price and are in need of an update there where no robes in the room, no fridge little information on the resort or Santa Barbara and you are charged for Wifi the only hotel on our trip that did-I was hoping for a premium feel at this 'Hilton' hotel but unfourtunately the room just let it all down.
