1. A few days later we received a letter from the hotel manager inviting us back for a complimentary stay.

When my wife told me the story we went to the lobby and explained what happened the nice manager we talked to said he will pass along the massage to the maintainance manager and sent us chocolate coved stawberries which was nice and tasty but I am not kidding when I say the plate we left outside our room after eating them sat there for 2 days.

5. However, after much haggling and talking with the manager, we were afforded free breakfast buffet vouchers and a room upgrade, which we were happy to receive and enhanced our experience quite a bit.

6. They were able to accommodate a group of 9 on short notice and Julie, the spa manager, was extremely helpful, extremely professional and was able to move the scheduling around when our group needed to leave earlier.
