6. Only quibbles: mattress too soft for my bad back, tub takes forever to drain, need some control at pool over those that throw towels on all the chairs but never show up and those who take over half the pool to throw balls around.

9. When the hot tub was not functioning correctly and ny wife and child and other guests were in there, he comes around and instead of asking them to let him fix it or asking every body to leave the tub, he screams 'GET OUT NOW'.
