1. We were told we could watch a movie free of charge, yet it currently shows on our bill and when friends checked out yesterday they had to dispute it, at length, at the front counter.

10. They did and since I was still in my wedding gown (I think), they were kind enough to not charge for the upgrade and send up a bottle of champagne and chocolate dipped strawberries and vouchers for their fantastic breakfast buffet.
