2. The room itself,well, the room was clean and comfortable,the bathroom was clean with lots of towels,but the toilet is too close to the bathroom door.

Great stores and fairly upscale - Nieman Marcus, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, JCPenney, Macy`s, Abercrombie etc. (stuff us Canadians do not have in our malls)- The room was clean, towels were clean and the room had all the amenities we needed (fridge, hairdryer - however, they do not provide an iron) - we got a pool view and it was fairly quiet.

4. There was no elevator so had to drag so many bags up the staircases, we were annoyed all night by a family down the hall running up and down but this was okay, what really got me was the fresh brown stain on the bath towels, a hair in the bath and the stains on the pillows.

9. On the plus side we liked the room decor and furnishings, the line that could be fixed over the bath to aid towel drying, the in-room safe, friendly reception and concierge staff and the great map with really good directions to attractions.
