1. It was wonderful to see the refrig stocked with various drinks at no charge, parking was included, the different events the hotel runs are very unique and make the guests feel welcome.

4. We stayed at the Handlery for three nights last week (Mon-Wednesday), we were upgraded without charge from a quad room to two doubles with a poolside view, a welcome bonus and finale to a fortnight's holiday of sharing a room with two strapping teenagers.

5. I believe this hotel has a scam going whereby they give you an 'upgrade' and once you have left they then charge your credit card for the room.

6. Be very wary when offered a 'complimentary upgrade' of your room as we accepted an upgrade to an extra room on check in and when we checked out paid for just the one room however a week later after we went home an extra room charge of US $900 was taken out of our credit card without our knowledge or consent.

7. I brook king side room through yahoo travel they didn't have my roomso I got standard room hotel clerk told me they refund my first night whichthey didn't then they charge me $25 dollar and they have no clue on the charge.

9. The only major concern was that despite our rooms being pre-paid in TOTAL, a charge was levied against my credit card of over $1,000 Australian dollars for the 2 rooms upon check in.
