1. The people at the front desk were very friendly and pointed us in the right direction of the places we wanted to check out and also suggested some fun things that we could do out there.

2. At check out they wanted to charge us $30 for parking even thought the paper we signed at check in stated the parking charge was included in the price we paid.

3. This was because the Handlery had charged us a security deposit totalling the cost of our stay with them (which we did not authorise) and then on check out also deducted the total cost from our travel card.

7. We stayed at the Handlery for 5 nights and while the stay itself involved only minor issues (the key to our room didn't work on day 4 and the key to the car park didn't work a couple of times either), the problems started after check out.
