1. There was no elevator so had to drag so many bags up the staircases, we were annoyed all night by a family down the hall running up and down but this was okay, what really got me was the fresh brown stain on the bath towels, a hair in the bath and the stains on the pillows.

2. There was no elevator so had to drag so many bags up the staircases, we were annoyed all night by a family down the hall running up and down but this was okay, what really got me was the fresh brown stain on the bath towels, a hair in the bath and the stains on the pillows.

4. On the plus side we liked the room decor and furnishings, the line that could be fixed over the bath to aid towel drying, the in-room safe, friendly reception and concierge staff and the great map with really good directions to attractions.
