2. The first incident is that about a month before the wedding they double book and had to change our room, which ended up being a nice room ( but that was after a very intense negotiation) The day of the wedding the banquet manager for that day ( a man) whose name I didn’t get was very uncooperative and non helpful.

3. When I asked to speak to a manager and informed the girl at the front desk that I would be calling online travel website she instantly changed her attitude and said that a King room had opened up in their fourth building clear in the back.

7. The hotel manager did apologise no end but by this point we just wanted out - he did help us find other accomodation and did pay partly towards our taxi fare to the new hotel.
