4. One would expect that when you stay in a 5-star resort paying $240 + per night plus valet parking costs you should be able to expect a room that you can get a good night's sleep in and be able to adjust the temperature to your personal preference.

5. Beautiful!(a tad confusing, though) The hotel almost forces you to valet park- to get from self-parking to the entry doors is a good quarter-mile walk, uphill, and not well-lit.
