1. I booked our hotel room via the 1-800 number on the website after looking through specials, etc. I chose the 'Indulgence Package' that came with chocolate covered strawberries and champagne, and they were both fabulous, and a 4 pm late check out.

2. The complementary late check out was very welcome as this allowed us to have a lounge at the pool for a couple of hours before we had to get ready for the off.
