I will say the staff was very nice and happy to address all of these issues, I would just prefer not to have the issues in the first place The casitas had a smaller pool but it was unattended and the lounge chairs were plastic and towels weren't readily available -- not of the same quality as the main pool.

6. Also know that they have a resort fee but it's worth it cause it includes free parking, internet, towel service, fitness center, etc..

8. there was a $5 coupon under your door that could be used in the restaurant only while you were there, and if you needed towels, you had to call for them.

10. Being just myself in the hotel room, I always had three or four of each type of towel, so I could comfortably go a couple days without needing a new one, and go to the Starbucks inside the hotel and use my $5 gift-card every morning.
