1. My room wasn't made up one day until 4:00pm, the bartenders at the bar were less than friendly.

4. Also try the Antipasto items!- good coffee and snacks from the coffee bar in the lobby- rooms are large and nicely appointed- the hotel is close to everything in San AntonioOverall very personable staff.

7. The staff was great to make you feel at home and was very helpful in answering any questions etc. We had a delightful time at Steinheimers Bar that evening made possible by a very pleasant and courteous waitress named Yenifer.
