1. Everyone, from the groundskeepers to the front desk, to the housekeeping to the bartenders were super friendly.

2. I saw housekeepers and their carts any time I was in the hall and constantly saw supervisors with clipboards checking rooms so I'm not sure what exactly the problem with housekeeping was but it needs to be fixed.

The golf courses were outstanding, the restaurants were good, but the service in the hotel (valet, bellman, housekeeping, front desk, check out) was so erratic and disappointing that I ended up sending an email to the hotel saying that overall it was a big disappointment and we were really sad that such a beautiful property had such below average service.
