1. On the plus side: employees were friendly and helpful, beds were comfy, soft linens, really soft pillows, nice property with a nature trail and golf course, lovely spa, and good breakfast buffet.

2. they agreed to send polish remover to my room and reversed all of the charges, which was nice, but I can't understand why they are using such crappy nail polish in a high end spa.

6. Though the pool is no thrill seeker I really liked how they had it laid out in the 3 sections - 1' for little ones, which I needed for one of my kids; 3' - 5' section great for my older child; and then a 3'5' hot spa which then heated the rest of the pool.

7. This hotel started impressing us with the extremely nice and efficient desk help and continued to do so with the room and grounds keepers who kept directing us to the most comfortable spas and sunbathing areas.
