1. Good things: fast check in & out, friendly staff, big rooms with two tvs, big nice pool and cabana area with free evening drinks, great kid pool area and playground too.

9. Try as they might, obviously trained, professional front desk people cannot make up for dirty/unchanged sheets on a bed, an unlocked and open room upon check-in, and a spa/jacuzzi that wasn't working.
