1. Living room was big and spacious overlooking your parking which was nice to keep your eye on your vehicle.

2. The location of the resort was very good for us as we did several day trips to the surrounding towns (New Braumfels should not be missed) and we also spent two full days in the downtown area of San Antonio (20 minutes away from resort to parking deck downtown - with no traffic - went at 9 AM).

4. You only pay to park downtown (visiting the Alamo), the rest of the trail is free and really easy to navigate.

5. They did give us bad advice about where to park down town (we ended up paying 18.00 to park when there were much much cheaper places to park), but did give good directions to a local attraction, a grocery store and a place to get an ice cream treat.

7. The room we were given was actually behind one of the buildings, so we had to park in front of a different building where we couldn't see our car at all.

9. Security guards patrol the parking lot at night and we never had a problem with parking.
