1. Try as they might, obviously trained, professional front desk people cannot make up for dirty/unchanged sheets on a bed, an unlocked and open room upon check-in, and a spa/jacuzzi that wasn't working.

6. They attended to our needs so quickly from making the jacuzzi run to changing the sheets to getting some ice, were all attended to with very good service.

7. The cleaners were pretty inconsistent making some beds and not others and doing the garbage one day and not the next, but I don't change my sheets and do my garbage every day at home so that wasn't a big deal to me.

8. If you decide to stay here, this is my advice: Bring your own pillows, sheets, blankets, shower shoes, house shoes, bug spray and febreeze, you'll need it.
