5. Our room was CLEAN & new, the lobby was warm and welcoming, the staff was superbly trained and friendly, and the valet service was a big help to a mother of an active 7 month old.

7. Let me tell you, the service at this location is non-existent, no room service, no valet or parking service, no respect from the staff at the hotel and when I addressed my issues with the hotel manager, she didn't want to speak to me face-to-face unless security was present.

9. It's $5 dollars every time you want to self park your car in their lot and $10 for a valet, which can add up if you're staying for more than a day or two.
