1. Very rarely do you see a General Manager of a hotel take off his suit jacket to help his kitchen staff.

2. Take a standard Homewood Suites by Hilton guest room; spacious, perhaps 1 or 2 rooms, luxurious bedding and a roll up couch bed, well appointed bathroom and a compact, but fully functional kitchenette.
