4. To further make my point, I was out in the Fairmount neighborhood and a taxi company refused to drive me back to the hotel-said he wasn't allowed to go that far, that I'd have to go with another company.

5. Although the hotel is across the street from Montgomery County, one of the Philly area's poshest suburbst, it is technically in West Philadelphia one of Philly's worst neighborhoods.
