4. After having been welcomed and checked in by a very friendly staff person, when I first walked into my suite I noticed a reflection of Philadelphia lights from the large reservoir outside my bedroom window.

5. Hilton chain does a good job of standardization and most locations are the same, good quality, etc. but the staff here is just awesome.

8. The General Manager Robert McDevitt stopped what he was doing both nights I stayed at this hotel to help the kitchen staff serve food, clear plates and welcome guests.
