1. Housekeeping was flexible and attentive and cleaned our rooms on our schedules, as we were working from the hotel and we were in and out.

8. It took two requests, & two days, to have the missing box of tissue in the bathroom replaced (also pointed out to the housekeeping supervisor on day 1); my colleague 2 doors down had the same problem, in addition to the toilet in his bathroom stopped working the night before we left (ugh!).
