1. The housekeeping staff were wonderful and accomodating with extra towels, a roll away bed, and very willing to wait till we all got ready for the day to clean our room.

4. We were most impressed by all the little extra things the staff did to make our stay enjoyable, like champagne with strawberries in the lobby (nice!) and complimentary bags of popcorn in our room.
