1. We were most impressed by all the little extra things the staff did to make our stay enjoyable, like champagne with strawberries in the lobby (nice!) and complimentary bags of popcorn in our room.

5. I did not expect anything fancy -- just the usual complimentary breakfast, but there was no bacon or sausage (I was told that canned hash was their meat for the day), the bagels were rock solid frozen.
