1. During breakfast, I notice the managers were help clearing tables.

Upon check-in, we were upgraded from a 1 BDR suite to a 2 BDR (very personable manager asked reason for our visit to New Orleans as a trainee was checking us in, and when I told her we were visiting son who was a new teacher via TeachNOLA she was thrilled and asked about our group size, which was growing from 2 to 4 for the last 2 nights, and she thought our son`s purpose warranted an upgrade to a more spacious suite!), lucky us.
