1. The free breakfasts and light dinners (with beer and wine) were great, not gourmet but very good and the price was right.

2. Why there were vacancies is beyond me--the hotel was very reasonable (think we paid under $200/night), they provide both breakfast and dinner, the rooms are HUGE, and the staff was as warm and friendly as almost any other non-Ritz Carlton hotel in which I've ever stayed.

3. As with other Homewoods, they have a Manager's dinner from 5:00-7:00 on Monday through Thursday with FREE beer and wine (both white and red).
