1. My meeting was at the Hilton Riverside which seemed to treat its customers with respect and service which is usually expected from major hoteliers like Hilton.

4. One very cool service that they offer is grocery shopping - I didn't travel with a car so couldn't make it to get the basics (though there is a CVS and Walgreens on Canal close by where you can get some things).

6. We called the desk and received prompt service to fix the doors, the hotel room was not sparkling clean but neither could you call it dirty, unlike some pf the places we have stayed in the big easy.
