1. Highly recommend walking across the street to Regnelli's Pizza, where we all had great sandwiches (can't vouch for the pizza but it looked good).

2. It was easy to get a cab to the Fairgrounds, and at $5 per person for three or more people, I recommend cabs rather than the shuttles, which are $18 each way, only leave from the Sheraton on Canal Street, and don't save any time when there is a large crowd leaving at the end of the day.

3. There is no bar in the hotel and I don't recommend going next door to Le Pavilion where the decor is worth looking at, but the drinks are small and expensive.
